Ossa Organic showcases our new products for the first time at the annual Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2017 where Catherine was interviewed on the Food Talk show!

From old traditional family businesses to newly born smaller companies, The Speciality & Fine Food Fair is all about diversity. The exhibition of fresh and delicious fine foods is what makes September the most exciting month every year! This event is all about discovering innovative companies and extraordinary products of the highest quality.

This year Ossa Organic was also part of the 700 stalls of international producers who were showing out the newest trends in the food industry.

At the fair, Catherine also had a very interesting conversation with Sue Nelson from the Food Talk show. The interview touches upon topics such as the recent shift towards clean fats that are not genetically modified as well as the difference between a usual stock and Ossa Organic’s The Bone Broth.

In the interview, Catherine also explains how Ossa has developed from a bone broth business to one offering other gut healing and organic products. Gut health is so much more than just bone broth and we know it.

Ossa Organic is also a certified B Corporation, using business as a force for good and trying to minimise waste.
